Account & Login

To access TruSpace you need a user account with a username, email address, and password. Your account lets you access your private workspaces as well as any public workspaces on the node. Different users can have different access rights to the same workspace, allowing for flexible collaboration.

Register

  1. Open the TruSpace application in your web browser.
  2. If you do not have an account yet, click the "Sign up" link on the login form.
  3. Fill in the registration form with your desired username, email address, and password.
  4. Click "Register". You will be redirected to the login page.

Local account

Your account is stored locally in the node's SQLite database. Your credentials are never sent to an external service.

Login

  1. Open the TruSpace application in your web browser.
  2. Enter your username/email and password in the login form.
  3. If your credentials are correct, you will be redirected to the dashboard, where you can see your workspaces and documents.

Logout

  1. Click on your username in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar.
  2. Select "Log Out" from the dropdown menu.

You will be logged out and redirected to the login page.

User Settings

User-level settings (profile information, password changes, and notification preferences) are available from the account menu. This area is under active development — check back as more self-service options become available.
